The Town of Spruce Pine partners with Veolia to provide water and wastewater treatment services. The Town's Public Services Department is responsible for maintaining and operating the water and sewer infrastructure beyond the treatment facilities.
Water & Sewer Questions or Service Requests
During normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.), all service requests, concerns, and maintenance issues are managed through the Town's work order system. To submit a request or report an issue, please contact Town Hall at (828) 765-3000.
After-Hours Emergencies
If you experience a water, sewer, or street-related emergency outside of normal business hours, please call (828) 765-3011 for assistance.
